This is not a cheverolet commercial I am speaking of how we both slept last night. We were asleep in room 317 YEA! about 9:30 PM and other than one bathroom break for both of us about 1:30 AM when the nurse came in we slept till 6:30 AM or about 8 hours. I feel pretty good and Kathy is doing well.
Kathy is walking pretty good although not far at a time yet. We will be trying to go around the nurses station soon. She has had a headache some and a mystery place on her leg that hurts but other than these she is now in great shape with soreness but not in constant pain. Obviously our next goal other than walking around the nurses station is going home. Sounds sweet to say and pleasant to the fingers to type.
The post will be fewer today because there are fewer landmarks to on this flat strech of road for us, but remember us in your prayers. I have been so blessed to write on this and you have made so many comments about the writing, that you have really inspired me. I do plan as always to keep writing on my blog but now with a more committed passion. I like to writte about the everyday events, bringing them back to the spriitual side of life. We live in the presense of a Holy God who loves us, reedeems us, and provides for us. Yet stuff happens in which I try to find humor, irony and a sense of perspective about what it means to live as the chosen people of God.
I have a good post I am working on that I refered to yesterday as a suprise, but a little more work is needed. Look for it this afternoon. For those of you know him it involves Mike Stephens my pastor. Thanks for your Prayers.

Scotty-Praise God for a good night's rest, it makes a world of difference. The NBA staff is praying for Kathy's complete healing following a very successful surgery. We pray that you will be still and wait upon the Lord. Have a Blessed Day, Larry
