After several weeks of being very busy and gone from home a lot, I have been blessed to carve out a few days to work on the house, and boy did it need it. I had started in late winter stripping off the rails of the poarch as the paint was in terrible shape and the entire house had a layer of grunge on it. Pressure washer, steel brush, paint brush, and a whole bunch of elbow grease have made a huge difference. Look close and you can tell as the sidewalk has been pressure washed but the driveway has not. What a difference. The house has been a real blessing from God and we are rejoicing that Brian and Bethany are going to come stay with us for a few weeks as they figure out God's next plan in their lives. I still have alot to do to, to finish up the work both inside and out. But even more to do in the work of missions, so if you look at the last window that you can barely see behind the Maple tree that is my office. I seek your prayers as I sit behind that widow at my keybord and try to put in print over the next few weeks some very exciting things God is showing me about Short Term Missions.
